One of the great things about visiting Universal Orlando is that you have countless dining options at your disposal. Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville at Universal CityWalk is one such option. Universal CityWalk, located in between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure is a 30 acre entertainment complex featuring restaurants, quick service food options, miniature golf, and live shows such as Blue Man Group. This Universal Orlando mainstay is appropriately nicknamed the "Entrtainment Capital of Orlando".
During our recent VIP tour of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, we ate dinner at Margaritaville. Whether or not you are a Jimmy Buffett fan, Margaritaville is a must-try when coming to Universal Orlando. Featuring both live and taped entertainment, you will not be bored while dining at Margaritaville! Favorite Jimmy Buffett videos play non-stop on the big screens throughout the restaurant while live entertainers walk around keeping Guests entertained. During our meal at Margaritaville, multiple cast members on stilts came out and mingled with diners, produced balloon animals for the kids and DANCED(that's right) whenever the Margaritaville video played on the big screen!
Like the Margaritaville number, there is also a number inspired by the song "Volcano". During this song, a large volcano erupts, yes erupts, at the Volcano Bar and you guessed it, shoots out Margaritas into a large Margarita glass! Seeing this alone is worth coming in for a meal! In addition to the taped music, Margaritaville at Universal CityWalk also features nightly live music. The fun truly never ends!
Like the entertainment, the Margaritaville menu also is inspired by Jimmy Buffett's music. The cuisine is a delicious combination of Key West and Caribbean delicacies and the decor of the restaurant was designed to match. There are so many menu options to choose from: jerk chicken, Bayou shrimp pasta, Calypso Mahi Mahi, Corn and Crab Chowder and Key Lime Pie to name a few. Of course, don't forget the signature Margaritas and other drinks too!

Margaritaville at Universal CityWalk is very reasonably priced and participates in the Universal Orlando Movie and Meal Deal plan. This is a great way to end a busy day at Universal Orlando!
